Our story
Real food is one of life's simplest joys. We're building bitely so no one on care funding has to give it up.
It started with our aunty.
Our aunty is a Malaysian NDIS participant. The meals her funding covered were bland, mass-produced trays with nothing she wanted to eat.
Missing real, flavourful food, she ended up quietly living on instant noodles, missing the taste of the home-cooked food she grew up with.
Her story was one of thousands.
The more we looked, the more we saw our aunty everywhere. People on care funding can use it for meals, but the choices are mostly the same plain trays.
For ethnic communities the gap is widest, with little that tastes of home. Australia has some of the most diverse food anywhere, and the meals we give our NDIS and Support at Home communities should reflect that, whatever home tastes like to you.
Our mission.
We grew up in our family's Malaysian restaurant, so we know what good food means. It's how our family showed love.
Bitely brings that to everyone on care funding: real, authentic food from local kitchens you'd actually choose, delivered to your door, with the funding handled in the background.

Our aunty should have had this. We're making sure the next person does.
